How to apply for an apartment
At the LOK, finding a home is as fast as emptying a can of energy drink. Here’s how it works:

Explore student houses and neighbourhoods
Take your time to see where you would like to live. If you can’t find a suitable home in one of our student houses, you can apply for a apartment from Lahden Talot.
2.
Fill in the application form
List all the houses you are interested in on the application form and provide us with any other information that will help us find the best home for you.
3.
We offer you home
Our rental experts will review your application and find the home that best suits your needs. If you accept the offer, we’ll draw up a rental contract and arrange the handover of the keys.
4.
Moving day –
welcome home!
Pack your gear and make the necessary agreements. Get to know the neighbourhood and start your student life in your own home.
