Svinhufvudinkatu
The student housing on Svinhufvudinkatu was completed in 2022 and is a stylish and sustainable wooden apartment building. The location is perfect: the city center is just a short walk away, and you can reach the Niemi campus in about 10 minutes by walking along the beach path. All the homes are nice studios, and they've been furnished with high-quality stuff. The common areas have also been designed with students' needs in mind: you can hang out, work on projects, or chill with friends in the multipurpose rooms – whatever floats your boat. The shores of Lake Vesijärvi and great outdoor recreation areas are right next door. And here's an extra detail: the building's facade is adorned with an impressive sculpture.
